That might give us all something to worry about. However if they do drop I hope they do join the CMD.

Well the next cycle will be telling (Richlands with current numbers is now small enough to drop) Tazwell and Marion are small enough to drop as well IMHO if any/all deside to drop there will HAVE to be a MAJOR rework of the districts with TV,Hurley, and Counsel getting the short end of the stick

I see a whole lot of reworking of districts in our future.
